First of all, that girl's hair is disgusting. Second, most kids you see with those stripes in their hair do not have them actually dyed in their real hair...they get extensions and dye the stripes in the fake hair.

Im a cosmetologist and i will tell you that it most definitely can be done. Go to the salon and find a ***** whos skilled. That and yah you can just go get extensions and just color those. But if i were you i would go to someone skilled, if theres no one then come to michigan and ill do your hair.
