Scene hair.....??????
I don't think she's a poser, I just think she needs to be a little more educated about the scene and what exactly you need to do to keep up with the hairstyle.:) By the way Ninja, you're gorgeous.
You should have done your hair yourself. That's the only way you can call it scene, really. Next time, research for a look that's best for you and do it yourself. That's the only way it really turns out well.
Anyway back on topic, you want teased hair in the back, spiky ends, flat hair, and side swept bangs to make you hair scene. I don't know any other way to keep your hair straight and keep it straight all day other than straightening it all and straightening it very well. Ask a SMART hairdresser for a non-damaging hair product that can assist in keeping your hair straight. Also if you want more protection when straightening your hair, I hear you should use straightening serum. I've never actually tried it out though before. Use straightening shampoo(though it doesn't really seem to work, to me . . .), de-frizzing hair gel, straightening hair gel and use hairspray to give your hair more volume.
Scene hair.....??????

well mine is the same way.
i have "scene" hair and have had
it for 4 years, i came to the point
where i dont like to straiten it
unless i go to shows, when i get out
of the shower i just scrunch it.
