"Scene" hair?

I'd like to know exactly how to do it.

I see three million pictures of it on gaia/myspace/photobucket or whatever.

How do you do it, and how long does it take?

"Scene" hair?

first of all tie up the top layers of your hair to get them out of the way. back comb the top of the underneath layers to make them more puffy, then spray with hairspray. bring down the top layers and tease with a comb from underneath, then hairspray those layers FROM THE UNDERNEATH but do not hairspray ontop because that can make hair look greasy. just volumise as much as possible and don't be afraid of making knots in your hair because that's what we want :) x

welll its mostly teasing and it does take a long time if you do it right! you can go on youtube and look up how to tease my hair. its pretty much back comming to give volume and puffyiness that looks good on some people. Me too have personally liked the scene hair. but i cant really do the scene hair cause i got thinish hair. an di dont have extentions. :(
