Does anyone cut there hair by themselves? Im tempted to but ive only had it done professionally. If you have done it by yourself is it hard and whats the best way to do it?

i dont suggest cutting your hair yourslef. save your self the trouble and get it done. it may cost some money but you will be happy in the end. i tried cutting my hair by myself.. and yeah it was HORRIBLE lol

Yes, I cut my hair once as a teenager. It was a total mess.

I had to go to a pro and even then it was several months before it looked decent. My advice is DON'T.

I do it all the time and no body can ever tell. For me it's really easy. But, take a shower after to get all the loose hairs. Also, have a trash can and a two mirrors so you can see the front and back of your head.

she had never done it in her life but shes great at it!

one of my friends cut her bangs and it looked good but i would never cut my own hair!

doing my bangs- i did a part down the middle. took the top section of my hair and flipped it over to my other and cut it choppy-ish.

i wouldnt be scared to do it by yourself. A hair stylist can always fix it if something goes wrong. Just cut it when it is kinda damp, and not completly wet or dry.

I don't recommend cutting your hair on your own. It could be hard and if you mess up it could look worse. If you want scene hair, You could go to Photobucket and type in "Scene Hair" or Youtube has videos on how to get scene hair. =]

i cut it myself, i just took parts of my hair and cut it short at the top, %26amp; made layers.

oh, but i didn't use scissors i used a razor, that cuts hair.
