"Scene Hair" :]?

okay, i love this style :) I cut my hair a while back and i hate it because i can't put it in a pony tail and it seems like it got SUPER thick all of a sudden. I can't get my hair died though, but I have light brownish hair with natural blonde hilights. I don't want it any shorter though ( it is to my chin) Please, could you put links to pictures down showing the back and front of the hair? Also, what are some good products for styling? Well here are some pics of my hair.

even tho you cant really see the back, the back is just layered. its nothing extravagant in the back, because i put it in a ponytail sometimes.

i use the studio line product from l'oreal paris. works great. and also herbal essence pin straight hair spray.

I just got mine cut the way you're talking about... my ahir was short too but I couldn't find any pics i really like so I just told me stylist I wanted short and choppy layers in all different lengths with my bangs sideswept and she gave it to me... It's PERFECTLY scene and I LOVE it... Sometime i spike up the shorter of the layers and other times I just straighten it all...

im a little confused as to why you say you love it but the in the same sentence you say you hate it??? im not to sure what your asking as far as that goes, you put that you cant get your hair colored, why not? well i am a stylist and from your question the onyl thing i can help you out with is products, if you flat iron your hair use a sleek/smoothing syrum, it helps tame the out of control hair, try to use shampoos or conditioners that say things like sleek smooth straight ect, for your hair to get the bulk out. if you update the begining of your Q i'll try to help you out, but im jsut not to sure what your talking about....
