I want scene hair so bad. Getting it cut and colored isnt a problem. I have short hair that falls at the bottom of my neck , and the front falls about 2 inches below my chin. Its solid black and I have tried and tried to get the scene look but it never turns out the way i want. PLEASE HELP?!?

It might just be your hair. Like, I have scene hair, but the picture I got it cut like, it never comes out looking the same.

try straightening it (its hard with short hair) and blow dry it forward. LOTS of layers not too short though.
