well im not getting it, my friend is

If she wants to look really scene, she should totally get the style where the front is longer and the back is all choppy and short. That's about as scene as you can get. With side bangs. And die it blackish purple.

but what i would do,

is razor cut it around her face,layer bangs, so their in her face.

and maybe get some blonde or purple streakks
