To have a good looking scene hair...?

okay my question about scene hair is

- do i nedd haircut to have a scene hair? i just watch videos on youtube on how to tease. do i still need a haircut anyway?

- if i want to have a good looking scene hair, just like this

should i cut my hair short on the back? and get it layered, then left a long pieces of hairs on the front just like this

yeh yu need yur hair cut into layers with short layers.

yes yu cut it short at the back.

i would take the photo of the hair yu want to a hairdresser and get them to do it
